Frequently Asked Questions About Label Design

LabelDesign.ai creates custom labels for food, beverages, beer, coffee, cannabis, candles, honey, hot sauce, maple products, and other packaged goods. We also support product labels, stickers, specialty packaging artwork, and updates to existing label designs.

Custom label design starts at $99. Both our AI-assisted label design service and our designer-led service using your existing artwork start at $99. Existing-label edits and Canva-to-print cleanup start at $49. More complex projects may require a custom quote.

The $49 label-edit service includes one requested edit, a first proof within approximately 2–3 business days, two rounds of revisions, and final print-ready files after approval. Additional edits cost $10 each, with up to five edits available through the online ordering process.

AI-assisted label design begins with AI-generated image concepts based on your prompt and creative direction. A real designer then refines the layout, typography, branding, and final label. Designer-led design begins with your logo, artwork, reference images, or rough concept and is developed by a designer without requiring AI-generated imagery.

Most existing-label edit projects receive a first proof within 2–3 business days. New AI-assisted and designer-led label designs typically receive a first proof within 3–5 business days. A 1-business-day expedited first-proof option is available for an additional $50.

The turnaround time refers to delivery of your first proof. The final completion date depends on how quickly you review the proof, request revisions, and approve the design. Final print-ready files are delivered after approval.

The existing-label edit service includes two rounds of revisions. AI-assisted label design and designer-led design from your artwork each include one round of revisions. Additional work outside the included scope may require an added fee or custom quote.

The online ordering form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, and ZIP files. You may upload up to five files, with a maximum combined upload size of 250 MB. Fonts, linked images, and supporting files can be included in a ZIP folder.
